I aim to keep you updated about my writing, the books I read and other activities I think might be of interest to you, dear reader. I will blog as often as I can.

My time is spent reading and writing.  To keep healthy, I practise Kundalini yoga and  walk for 16 minutes on the treadmill at the gym both twice a week.

I like films and TV dramas. I enjoy travelling in  India and have sailed around the coasts of Greece and Turkey.
